If you get in touch

This site has no forms and no accounts. If you contact Miguel by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, he receives what you send and uses it to reply and, if you engage him, to provide the service.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, if you engage him, the contract itself. Those channels are run by third parties, each under its own privacy policy. Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or engagement needs it, and for any legal record-keeping obligations.

Analytics, only if you accept

If you accept cookies, this site uses an analytics provider, based in the EU, to record page views, sessions, referral source and clicks on this site, together with your browser, device type and language, a random device identifier kept in an analytics cookie, your IP address and an approximate location (country or city) that the provider derives from it.
